摘要
电动汽车负荷作为配电网的用能负荷,与常规负荷相比具有时间和空间上的不确定性,因此按照传统配变容量计算方法,盲目加大居民小区配电设施的建设,会降低配电设施利用效率,加大投资规模,降低资金使用效益。为此提出了一种适用于居民小区的有序充电的充电设施容量配置方法,通过分析居民小区充电设施现状及居民用电负荷情况确定模型参数,合理平衡充电需求与配变容量的关系,并选取典型区域开展基于有序充电策略的充电设施容量配置应用。
Load of electric vehicle charge features time and spatial uncertainties compared with conventional load types in distributing networks.And if EV charge load is treated using conventional distributing capacity methods,it will cause improper increase of electric distributing facilities in apartment complexes,and consequently,reduced utilization efficiency of distributing facilities,and unnecessary addition and low cost-effectiveness of construction investment.This essay outlines a charging facility capacity determination method for orderly EV charge in apartment complexes.The method determines the model parameters by analyzing the status of charging facilities and the total electric load condition to rationally balance the relationship between charging demand and distribution capacity.The essay also briefly reports the results of case application of the method.
