新型滑模观测器的永磁同步电机无传感器控制研究

摘要 永磁同步电机无传感器矢量控制中,转子位置信息是重点,传统的估算方式存在高频抖振。为了消除高频抖振,设计了新型滑模观测器,用连续的饱和函数来取代不连续的开关函数,消除时间和空间的滞后,并采用锁相环取代反正切函数,减小抖振误差。通过仿真和建立实验平台,实验验证反电动势估算值,结果表明该新型滑膜观测器可高效完成矢量控制,高频抖振有效消除。 In the sensorless vector control of permanent magnet synchronous motors,the rotor position is crucial information,for which the conventional estimation methods usually result in high frequency buffeting.In order to eliminate buffeting,a new sliding mode observer was designed,which substituted a continuous saturation function for the discontinuous switch function to avoid time and spatial lags,and substituted a phase-locked loop for the arctangent function to reduce buffeting error.A simulative back-EMF estimation preliminarily verified that the proposed method could effectively achieve vector control and eliminate high-frequency buffeting.
