摘要
罐式断路器广泛应用于电网系统,是保证电网可靠运行的设备之一。灭弧室则是罐式断路器的核心部件,灭弧室内部静触头部分的稳固性对断路器可靠分合闸起到了决定性作用。以某罐式断路器静侧支撑系统作为研究对象,使用结构力学仿真软件分析该断路器静侧支撑在受到合闸冲击力时的受力状况,并使用电场仿真软件对其在灭弧室内部的电场进行分析,研究其工作状况下的电场分部情况。通过分析确定静侧支撑系统的结构合理性,并通过相应的电气试验进行验证,为同类电气类零部件设计提供了思路与方法。
Dead-tank circuit breakers are the major equipment widely applied in electric systems which ensure reliable operation of grids.Arcing chamber is the core part of a dead-tank circuit breaker and the stability of fixed contact inside the chamber predominantly determines the opening/closure reliability of the breaker.This work performed a simulative analysis on the fixed contact′s support mechanism of a certain type of dead-tank circuit breaker.The main efforts entailed the force analysis of the support mechanism subjected to closure impact,and the electric field distribution analysis of the chamber′s internal region.The simulation was expected to check the rationality of the fixed contact′s support system,and the results were verified by an electrical test.The study may contain useful information for the design of similar electrical parts.
