摘要
秦三厂运行期间,400 V低压厂用配电(54000)系统出现动力中心(PCC)接地保护越级跳闸问题,导致配电系统和工艺系统可靠性降低。在案例分析的基础上,结合国内设计标准和同行经验,就接地保护定值的整定给出解决方案,并为后续机组装置选型提出合理建议。
During the operation of Qinshan CANDU Nuclear Power Plant,internal secondary distribution system encountered override trip of power control center(PCC) ground protection,resulting in reduced reliability of the distribution system and the process system.On the basis of case analysis,combined with domestic design standards and peer experience,this paper gives solutions from the perspective of for the tuning of ground protection,and puts forward rational suggestions for the posterior type selection of unit equipment.
