摘要
以某覆铜板生产线的技术改造项目为背景,介绍了如何应用三菱PLC的串行通信技术实现在覆铜板生产线中对温度的集中式监控与管理。所设计的系统可以较低成本将温度控制精度提升至±0.1℃,并优化了生产流程,提高整体生产效率。
As a part of the technical retrofit project of a copper-clad plate production line,a system of centralized temperature monitoring and management was designed and implemented by employing Mitsubishi PLC serial communication technology.The designed system improved the control accuracy of temperature to ±0.1 ℃ at a low cost,and also optimizes the production process,resulting in improved overall production efficiency.
