基于关键维修要素的直升机维修通道评价方法研究

摘要 维修通道作为维修性设计的重要环节,要求在直升机设计初期对维修通道进行正向设计,并及时发现维修性薄弱环节。为此,必须对影响维修性的各要素进行客观准确评价。本文通过对关键维修要素进行分析,构建了关键维修要素包络图及相应的完成度指标,并对部分通道开展了维修性分析,得出该区域的维修性水平,并权衡出最适合的通道方案。 As an important part of the maintenance design,the maintenance channel is required to be designed in the early stage of helicopter design,and the weak links of maintenance should be found in time.To this end,it is necessary to conduct an objective and accurate evaluation of the factors that affect maintainability.Through the analysis of the key maintenance elements,this paper constructs the envelope diagram of the key maintenance elements and the corresponding completion index,and analyzes the maintainability of some passages to analyze the maintainability level of the area and weigh the most suitable passage scheme.
