摘要
在化工生产过程中,自动化控制仪表的应用显著提升了生产运作的质量和效率。本文首先概述了化工仪表的定义与广泛分类,随后详细探讨了自动化控制仪表在化工生产中的核心优势,包括可编程性、记忆功能、数据计算与处理能力等。同时,文章深入分析了流量仪表、压力仪表、温度仪表等在实际应用中的问题,并在此基础上探索了如何进一步深化自动化控制仪表的功能,以期提升化工生产的自动化水平,为相关领域的研究提供有益补充。
In the chemical production process,the application of automatic control instruments has significantly improved the quality and efficiency of production operations.This paper first summarizes the definition and broad classification of chemical instruments,and then discusses in detail the core advantages of automation control instruments in chemical production,including programmability,memory function,data calculation and processing capabilities,etc.At the same time,this paper deeply analyzes the problems of flow instruments,pressure instruments,temperature instruments and other problems in practical applications,and on this basis,explores how to further deepen the functions of automatic control instruments,in order to improve the automation level of chemical production and provide useful supplements for research in related fields.
