吸引集聚“高精尖缺”人才的对策研究——以武汉为例

Research on Countermeasures for Attracting and Agglomerating"Highly Skilled and Talented"Talents:A Case Study of Wuhan City

“高精尖缺”人才是我国深入实施创新驱动发展战略、人才强国战略的重要支撑。吸引集聚“高精尖缺”人才是武汉建设具有全国影响力的科技创新中心、激发人才活力服务创新驱动发展、聚焦重要领域和关键环节精准发力的重要手段。本文对武汉人才发展现状进行综合分析,找出武汉吸引集聚“高精尖缺”人才存在的问题,并提出对策建议,以期为相关工作的开展提供参考和借鉴。

High precision and shortage of talents are important support for China's in-depth implementation of the innovation driven development strategy and the talent strengthening strategy.Attracting and gathering high precision and shortage of talents is an important means for Wuhan to build a science and technology innovation center with national influence,stimulate talent vitality,serve innovation driven development,and focus on important areas and key links to make precise efforts.This article comprehensively analyzes the current situation of talent development in Wuhan,identifies the problems in attracting and gathering high-precision and cutting-edge talents,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions to provide reference and inspiration for the development of related work.
