质量强国战略是以推动高质量发展为主题,全面提高产业质量总体水平。战略实施,人才为本。其中,工匠型人才是支撑中国创造、中国质量、中国品牌的重要基石。立足新发展阶段,高职院校应通过建强师资队伍、重塑育人格局、厚植工匠文化、优化“双创”教育,将弘扬和培育工匠精神融入人才培养全程,以期培养更多高素质技术技能人才、能工巧匠、大国工匠,并激励广大青年学生牢固树立质量第一意识,坚定不移地走技能成才、技能报国之路,为质量强国建设事业匹配坚实的人力和智力支撑。
