摘要
无B柱车身能够显著提升上下车方便性,但车身B柱缺失导致车身刚度较难保证,同时侧碰安全性也受到了一定的挑战,因而限制了无B柱乘用车的发展。热气胀技术可成型变截面闭合管梁,实现模内一体成型,零件刚度好。热气胀管梁抗拉强度可达1500MPa,且高温成型回弹小、成型精度高。截面膨胀率最高可达20%,有较高的设计自由度。上述特点使得热气胀管梁适合应用于无B柱车身尤其是大尺寸的无B柱车身中。极氪汽车通过热气胀管梁的应用成功打造了侧门洞开度达2010mm的无B柱车身。
The B-pillar body can signifi cantly improve the convenience of getting on and off the car,but the lack of the B-pillar of the body makes it diffi cult to ensure the rigidity of the body.And the side impact safety is also challenged to a certain extent,thus limiting the development of B-pillar passenger cars.The thermal expansion technology can form a variable cross-section closed pipe beam to achieve integrated molding in the mold and good stiff ness of the part.The tensile strength of the infl atable tube beam can reach 1500MPa,and the rebound is small and the forming accuracy is high after high temperature molding.The cross-section expansion rate can reach up to 20%,and there is a high degree of design freedom.The above characteristics make the hot infl atable tube beam suitable for use in B-pillar-less bodies,especially large-size B-pillar-less bodies.Through the application of thermal infl atable tube beams,ZEEKR has successfully created a B-pillar-free body with a side door opening of 2010mm.
