汽车用挤压铝合金零部件开发质量先期策划

摘要 伴随汽车轻量化推进,铝代钢在汽车上运用更加广泛,挤压铝合金汽车结构件如前后防撞梁、门槛梁、电池托板、副车架等早已实现了大规模运用。而挤压铝合金的企业进入汽车行业的时间并不长,对汽车行业的项目开发管理也是在摸索中前进,如何在快速的项目开发中将APQP的要求与本企业流程紧密结合,文章研究产品质量先期策划在挤压铝合金企业中的应用。对挤压铝合金企业构建汽车项目开发具有借鉴和参考价值。 With the advancement of automobile lightweight,aluminum instead of steel is more widely used in automobiles,and extruded aluminum alloy automotive structural parts such as front and rear anti-collision beams,sill beams,battery pallets,subframe etc.have already been used on a large scale.The extruded aluminum alloy enterprises have not been in the automotive industry for a longtime,and the project development management of the automotive industry is also moving forward in exploration.How to closely integrate the requirements of APQP with the process of the enterprise in the rapid project development?This paper studies the application of advanced product quality planning in the extruded aluminum alloy enterprise.It has reference value for the development of extruded aluminum alloy enterprises automobile projects.
