摘要
为了验证李楼铁矿深部矿石在现行工艺流程中的适用性,并针对原矿性质变化后选矿工艺的优化问题,采用重磁浮联合选别、高场强磁选替换一段弱磁选试验,进行了深部矿石在现有工艺下的选别、现行工艺流程指标优化的研究。最终得到了精矿产率为45.56%、铁品位达到64.29%、铁回收率高达84.72%的分选指标。李楼铁矿现行工艺流程能够满足深部矿石选别指标需求。更换现行工艺流程中一段弱磁选为高场强磁选能够优化选别效果。
To verify the applicability of the deep ore from Lilou Iron Mine in the current production process and optimize the ore beneficiation process in response to the changes in the properties of the raw ore,a study was conducted on the separation of deep ore under the existing process and the optimization of current production process indicators through the combined application of gravity-magnetic-flotation separa⁃tion and replacing the primary low-intensity magnetic separation with high-gradient magnetic separation.The final separation indicators achieved were a concentrate yield of 45.56%,an iron grade of 64.29%,and an iron recovery rate as high as 84.72%.The conclusion was drawn that the current production process of Lilou Iron Mine can meet the separation index requirements for deep ore,and replacing the primary low-in⁃tensity magnetic separation in the current process with high-gradient magnetic separation can optimize the separation effect.
