摘要
为高效利用李楼选矿厂的浓缩池和澄清池产品,针对矿浆溢出导致的产品浪费和环境污染问题,对絮凝剂进行了优化选择。考察不同种类絮凝剂的絮凝效果,确定了最适宜的絮凝剂种类及最佳投加浓度,并在工业应用中进行了验证。结果表明,使用0.2%浓度的聚丙烯酰胺作为絮凝剂时,沉降效果和沉降速率均达到最佳,最终得到的溢流产品中悬浮物含量仅为0.07 g/L,显著改善了循环水质量,稳定了选矿指标并提升了生产效率。经济可行性分析显示,该方案具有良好的应用前景。
In order to make efficient use of the concentration pool and clarification pool products of Lilou concentrator,aiming at the product waste and environmental pollution caused by slurry overflow,the flocculant is optimized by test.By studying the flocculation effect of various flocculants,the most suitable flocculant type and its best injection concentration are determined and confirmed in industrial applications.The results show that when using 0.2%polyacrylamide as flocculant,the sedimentation effect and sedimen⁃tation rate are optimal,and the suspended matter content in the final overflow product is only 0.07 g/L,which significantly improves the quality of circulating water,stabilizes the mineral processing index and im⁃proves the production efficiency.The economic feasibility analysis shows that the scheme has a good applica⁃tion prospect.
