摘要
某矿山计划将原有的崩落采矿法转变为充填采矿法,为避免2种采矿方法回采区域相互影响,在2种采矿方法之间留设一定厚度的矿柱作为隔离矿柱。由于相关工程矿山前期已布置施工完毕,现留设了厚度为11.25 m的隔离矿柱;为最大化利用现有条件,通过分别建立隔离层矿柱及采场跨度为12,13,14,15 m的三维模型,开展隔离矿柱下不同跨度的采场顶板稳定性分析研究。研究结果表明,此厚度的隔离矿柱下采场的合理跨度不应超过13 m,并基于隔离矿柱开采技术条件,提出矿石价格高时选择上向水平分层进路充填法,矿石价格低时选择无底柱分段崩落法的回采方案。
A mine plans to change the original caving mining method into filling mining method.In or⁃der to avoid the mutual influence of the two mining methods on the mining area,a certain thickness pillar is set between the two mining methods as an isolated pillar.Because the relevant engineering mine has been ar⁃ranged and constructed in the early stage,the isolated pillar with a thickness of 11.25m is now set up.In or⁃der to make the best use of the existing conditions,a three-dimensional model of isolated pillar and stope with spans of 12,13,14,15 m is established to analyze and study the stability of stope roof with different spans under isolated pillar.The research results show that the reasonable span of stope under isolated pillar of this thickness should not exceed 13 m.Based on the mining technical conditions of isolated pillar,the stoping scheme is proposed to choose upward horizontal slicing method when the ore price is high and sub⁃level caving method without bottom pillar when the ore price is low.
