SPBC型永磁板式磁选机的研制与应用

摘要 为了实现对弱磁性和微细粒矿物的高效分选与回收,针对当前市场上电磁磁选机普遍存在结构复杂、成本高昂、能耗大及除铁效果不佳等问题,研发了一种创新的永磁高梯度磁分离技术,并设计开发了SPBC型永磁高梯度板式磁选机,该机充分利用永磁材料产生的高磁场强度提供充足磁力,并通过优化磁路结构,实现了设备的高磁化。试验研究表明:该设备在处理石榴子石时,1次粗选除铁率高达95.53%,显著提升了矿物的纯度;在处理石英砂样品时,1次粗选除铁率为46.6%,有效去除了细粒级中的铁杂质;在钛铁矿样品的分选中,1次粗选钛回收率达74.45%,显著提升了钛精矿的品质。SPBC型永磁板式磁选机结构简洁、便于安装与维护,且具有低能耗与低成本优势,它不仅适用于非金属矿物的除铁提纯,还可应用于弱磁性金属矿物的分选及尾矿中弱磁性有价金属的回收,为矿物分选领域提供了一种高效、经济的新型解决方案,具有广泛的推广应用价值。 In order to realize the efficient separation and recovery of feebly magnetic and fine-grained minerals,aiming at the problems of complex structure,high cost,high energy consumption and poor iron re⁃moval effect of electromagnetic magnetic separators in the current market,an innovative permanent magnet high gradient magnetic separation technology is developed,and a SPBC permanent magnet high gradient plate magnetic separator is designed and developed.The machine makes full use of the high magnetic field intensity generated by the permanent magnet material to provide sufficient magnetic force,and realizes the high magnetization of the equipment by optimizing the magnetic circuit structure.The experimental results show that when the equipment is used to treat garnet,the iron removal rate of one roughing is as high as 95.53%,which significantly improves the purity of the mineral.In the treatment of quartz sand samples,the iron removal rate of one roughing is 46.6%,which effectively removes the iron impurities in the fine fraction.In the separation of ilmenite samples,the recovery rate of titanium in one roughing is 74.45%,which signifi⁃cantly improves the quality of ilmenite concentrate.The SPBC type permanent magnet plate magnetic separa⁃tor has the advantages of simple structure,easy installation and maintenance,low energy consumption and low cost.It is not only suitable for iron removal and purification of non-metallic minerals,but also can be ap⁃plied to the separation of feebly magnetic metal minerals and the recovery of feebly magnetic valuable metals in tailings.It provides an efficient and economical new solution for the field of mineral separation,and has wide application value.
