摘要
针对铁矿石一段磨矿分级作业中旋流器分级效率低的问题,采用强化底流导流技术,进行了曲面底结构旋流器的开发研究,并应用开发的曲面底结构旋流器进行了实验室试验及工业应用试验。试验结果表明:相比传统柱式平底结构旋流器,溢流-74μm粒级含量提高了3~5个百分点,旋流器底流-74μm含量降低了1~4个百分点,旋流器分级效率提高了4~9个百分点,曲面底结构旋流器的分级效果更优。
Aiming at the problem of low classification efficiency of cyclone in primary grinding and classification of iron ore,the development and research of curved bottom structure cyclone were carried out by using the enhanced underflow diversion technology,and the laboratory test and industrial application test are carried out by using the developed curved bottom structure cyclone.The test results show that compared with the traditional cylindrical flat-bottomed cyclone,the overflow-74μm particle content is increased by 3~5 percentage points,the underflow-74μm content of the cyclone is reduced by 1~4 percentage points,and the cyclone classification efficiency is increased by 4~9 percentage points.The classification effect of the curved bottom structure cyclone is better.
