某铜矿分级尾砂新型胶凝充填材料试验研究及工程应用

摘要 为了研究新型胶凝材料作为某铜矿充填胶结剂的可行性,开展了室内与工业试验,分别测试了2种试验充填体的单轴抗压强度,并进行了综合分析。室内试验结果表明,新型胶凝材料初凝强度相对较低,后期强度上升较快,通过对比选出与普硅水泥2组高低强度匹配相当的灰砂比;工业试验结果表明,新型胶凝材料能够满足矿房不同部位充填强度要求,井下所取试样单轴抗压强度相比实验室试验更高,矿房充填胶结完整性好,矿房整体强度稳定性高。综合分析,矿柱回采后揭露的两侧充填体稳定性好,贫化率低;以高强度充填成本测算为例,新型胶凝材料作为胶结剂的充填成本为72.67元/m^(3),比普硅水泥下降22.69%,综合性价比较高。 In order to study the feasibility of a new type of cementing material as a filling cementing agent for a copper mine,laboratory and industrial tests are carried out,and the uniaxial compressive strength of two kinds of test backfills are respectively tested and analyzed comprehensively.The laboratory test results show that the initial strength of the new cementing material is relatively low,and the strength ris⁃es rapidly in the later period.The industrial test results show that the new type of cementified material can meet the filling strength requirements of different parts of the mine,the uniaxial compressive strength of the samples taken from the mine is higher than that of the laboratory test,the mine filling and cementation integ⁃rity is good,and the overall strength stability of the mine is high.Comprehensive analysis shows that the backfill exposed on both sides of the pillar after mining is stable and the dilution rate is low.Comprehensive analysis shows that the backfill exposed on both sides of the pillar after mining is stable and the dilution rate is low.Taking the high-strength filling cost as an example,the filling cost of the new cementing material as a cementing agent is 72.67 yuan/m^(3),which is 22.69%lower than the general silicone cement,and the com⁃prehensive cost performance is higher.
