摘要
为了满足国家对矿产资源需求量的日益增加,以及矿山规模的日益增大,针对以往浮选机大型化浮选效果不理想的问题,对680 m^(3)浮选机的设备结构和矿浆流体力学进行了深入研究,通过利用雷诺数相等放大方法、计算机流体力学仿真技术等手段,使得680 m^(3)浮选机在高效化、数字化和智能化方面得到了很大改善,且680 m^(3)浮选已具备工业应用条件。某钼选矿厂建设项目应用680 m^(3)浮选机研究结果表明:680 m^(3)浮选机工业化技术成熟,适合应用于大型钼选矿厂的粗、扫选作业,其建设投资和运行成本均优于应用320,260 m^(3)浮选机。
In order to meet the increasing demand for mineral resources in the country and the increas⁃ing of mine scales,aiming at the problem that the large-scale flotation effect of flotation machine is not ideal in the past,the equipment structure and slurry fluid mechanics of 680 m^(3)flotation machine are studied in depth.By using Reynolds number equal amplification method,computer fluid mechanics simulation technol⁃ogy and other means,the 680 m^(3)flotation machine has been greatly improved in terms of high efficiency,digitization and intelligence,and the 680 m^(3)flotation has industrial application conditions.The application of 680 m^(3)flotation machine in the construction project of a molybdenum concentrator shows that the industri⁃al technology of 680 m^(3)flotation machine is mature,which is suitable for the roughing and scavenging opera⁃tion of large molybdenum concentrator,and its construction investment and operation cost are better than those of 320,260 m^(3)flotation machine.
