综采工作面破碎顶板注浆加固技术研究

摘要 综采工作面遇地质构造时,受构造应力和采动影响,采场煤壁和顶板常出现片帮、冒顶现象。以某矿综采工作面为背景,针对工作面过火成岩和断层构造期间顶板破碎易发生冒顶、片帮事故,分析顶板事故原因和注浆加固作用机理;结合现场实际工作条件,对工作面冒顶、片帮严重区域,采取马丽散化学注浆加固、充填方案。实践证明,通过对构造破碎带区域的注浆充填、加固,提高和改善了采场破碎煤岩体的物理力学性质和煤体的整体性,工作面最大片帮深度由1.8 m降低至0.4 m,最大冒顶高度由2.9 m降至0.6 m,提升了工作面回采安全性和高效性。 When fully mechanized mining face meets geological structure,it is common for coal wall and roof to fall under the influence of tectonic stress and mining movement.Based on the background of the fully-mechanized mining face of a mine,aiming at the roof problems during the period of igneous rock and fault structure,the causes of roof accidents and the mechanism of grouting reinforcement are analyzed,and the Malisan chemical grouting is adopted to strengthen and fill the area with serious roof falling and caving.Practice has proved that the physical and mechanical properties of crushed coal and rock mass and the integ⁃rity of coal body have been improved by grouting filling and strengthening in the structural fracture zone,and the maximum wall depth of the working face has been reduced from 1.8 m to 0.4 m,and the maximum roof falling height has been reduced from 2.9 m to 0.6 m,which has improved the safety and efficiency of the working face.
