基于两步模糊DEMATEL法的地下金属矿山应急救援能力评价

摘要 矿山救援是保护国家财产和矿工生命安全的重要屏障,而矿山应急救援能力评价能够指导应急管理工作,有助于提高矿山救援效率。为探索地下金属矿山应急救援能力建设方向,首先分析了矿山应急救援能力研究现状,随后采用两步模糊DEMATEL方法,构建地下金属矿山应急救援能力评价模型,最后通过专家咨询获取数据,以验证评价模型有效性。研究结果表明:地下金属矿山应急救援过程中管理维度>队伍维度>装备维度,各地下金属矿山需要加强组织建设和队伍的专业素养,为矿山应急救援能力建设方向提供参考。 Mine rescue is an important barrier to protect national property and miners'life safety,and the evaluation of mine emergency rescue ability can guide emergency management and help to improve the efficiency of mine rescue.In order to explore the direction of emergency rescue capacity construction in un⁃derground metal mines,the current research situation of mine emergency rescue capacity is first analyzed,and then the two-step fuzzy DEMATEL method is applied to construct an evaluation model of emergency res⁃cue capacity in underground metal mines.Finally,data is obtained through expert consultation to verify the effectiveness of the evaluation model.The research results show that the management dimension>team di⁃mension>equipment dimension in the emergency rescue process of underground metal mines.Local metal mines need to strengthen organizational construction and professionalism of team,so as to provide reference for the direction of mine emergency rescue capacity construction.
