三维激光扫描技术在矿山测量中的精度分析与实验验证

摘要 研究三维激光扫描技术在矿山测量中的精度影响因素,分析扫描距离、表面反射率、点云密度对测量精度的作用,并验证不同条件下的测量误差。利用三维激光扫描仪对矿山区域进行模拟扫描,设定不同的参数组合量化误差,通过实验拟合进行验证。扫描距离和测量误差成正比例关系,表面反射率越大点云密度越小。控制扫描距离,增加点云密度和选用高反射率表面等是改善精度和保证结果可靠性的关键。 To study the factors affecting the accuracy of 3D laser scanning technology in mining measurement,analyze the effects of scanning distance,surface reflectivity,and point cloud density on measurement accuracy,and verify measurement errors under different conditions.Using a 3D laser scanner to simulate scanning of the mining area,setting different parameter combinations to quantify errors,and verifying through experimental fitting.The scanning distance is directly proportional to the measurement error,and the higher the surface reflectivity,the lower the point cloud density.Controlling scanning distance,increasing point cloud density,and selecting high reflectivity surfaces are key factors in improving accuracy and ensuring the reliability of results.
