数码电子雷管在露天矿山中的应用

摘要 数码电子雷管作为一种新型雷管,具有根据作业需要设定并准确实现发火时间的新型雷管,电子雷管使用的微电子芯片逐渐取代普通雷管,最大限度的减少科学制造与技术方面的误差,提高在使用方面的精准率,本文通过分析数码电子雷管在露天矿矿爆破中的优势与劣势,通过实验效果比对普通雷管爆破与电子雷管爆破的效果及速度,得到利用数码电子雷管可以最大程度减少爆破对周边的伤害的效果,提出利用数码电子雷管之后矿山的铲装单耗炸药单耗等各项经济指标均出现了明显的降低,达到增加经济效益的目的。通过大量实验证明电子雷管不仅提高了延时的精准度,还能抵抗静电和杂散电流的影响,电子雷管的高精度、高安全性和可靠性更好的保障了电子雷管的起爆能力,被广泛应用于大型爆破网络设计中。 Digital electronic detonators,as a new type of detonator,have the ability to set and accurately achieve ignition time according to operational needs.The microelectronic chips used in electronic detonators are gradually replacing ordinary detonators,minimizing errors in scientific manufacturing and technology,and improving accuracy in use.This article analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of digital electronic detonators in open-pit mine blasting,compares the effects and speeds of ordinary detonator blasting and electronic detonator blasting through experimental results,and finds that the use of digital electronic detonators can minimize the damage to the surrounding area caused by blasting.It is proposed that after using digital electronic detonators,various economic indicators such as the unit consumption of shoveling and loading explosives in mines have been significantly reduced,achieving the goal of increasing economic benefits.Through extensive experiments,it has been proven that electronic detonators not only improve the accuracy of delay,but also resist the effects of static electricity and stray currents.The high precision,safety,and reliability of electronic detonators better ensure their detonation ability and are widely used in large-scale blasting network design.
