摘要
在现代化进程的不断推进中,环境与能源问题的矛盾日益加剧,推动绿色建筑的节能设计成为了行业发展的必然趋势。文章选取广州地区的某建筑工程,结合BIM技术的应用,通过导入地区气象资料分析建筑的最佳朝向,同时针对建筑围护结构材料的热工属性进行模拟分析,得出室内的得失热情况,提出建筑节能优化的具体措施。从理论上为绿色建筑节能设计的优化提供了一定的思路。
In the process of modernization,the contradiction between environment and energy is increasingly intensified,and the energy-saving design of green buildings has become an inevitable trend in the development of the industry.This study selected a building project in Guangzhou,combined with the application of BIM technology,analyzed the optimal orientation of the building through the introduction of regional meteorological data,and carried out simulation analysis on the thermal properties of the building envelope materials,obtained the indoor heat gain and loss,and proposed specific measures for the optimization of building energy conservation.In theory,it provides some ideas for the optimization of green building energy saving design.
