基于改进SLP的共享车辆基地平面布局优化

Research on Plane Layout Optimization of Shared Train Depot Based on Improved Systematic Layout Planning

摘要 近年来我国城市轨道交通线网规模迅速扩张,车辆基地作为列车停放、维修保养及物资存放的重要场所,占地大、成本高、作业流程复杂。实现车辆基地共享可从建设、运营全生命周期角度提高系统运行效率、降低成本。本文研究城市轨道交通系统中多线共享车辆基地的内部功能区布局方法,用数学方法对系统布置法(SLP)进行改进,以降低成本、缩短咽喉区长度、增加综合关系度为目标构建多线共享车辆基地内部功能区布局优化模型并采用NSGA-Ⅱ算法求解。案例表明针对各子目标值最大的布局方案均优于SLP方案,三者优化程度分别可达19.35%、0.67%和78.25%。 In recent years,the scale of China's urban rail transit network has expanded rapidly,and the vehicle base,as an important place for train parking,maintenance and material storage,occupies a large area,has high cost and complex operation process.The realization of vehicle base sharing can improve system operation efficiency and reduce cost from the perspective of the whole life cycle of construction and operation.In this paper,the internal functional zone layout method of multi-line shared vehicle base in urban rail transit system is studied,the Systematic Layout Planning(SLP)method is improved by mathematical method,and the optimization model of internal functional zone layout of multi-line shared vehicle base is constructed with the aim of reducing cost,shortening the length of throat area and increasing the comprehensive relationship degree.The case shows that the layout scheme with the largest sub-target value is superior to SLP scheme,and the optimization degree of the three schemes can reach 19.35%,0.67%and 78.25%,respectively.
