我国生鲜农产品冷链物流安全性评估

Safety Evaluation of Cold Chain Logistics of Fresh Agricultural Products in China

乡村振兴战略的提出、《“十四五”冷链物流发展规划》的出台及供应链安全促使冷链物流更加注重安全性评价。本文以生鲜农产品冷链物流全流程为研究对象,建立影响其安全性的关键环节评价指标体系,并运用结构熵权法确定权重,初步确定装卸搬运、配送、运输、仓储为关键环节,并结合实例借助GO-FLOW法对关键环节的影响程度进行深入分析和验证。最后针对研究结果提出促进生鲜农产品冷链物流持续健康发展的对策。

The proposal of the rural revitalization strategy,the introduction of the"14th Five-Year"cold chain logistics development plan and the emergence of supply chain security have promoted the cold chain logistics to pay more attention to safety evaluation.This paper takes the whole process of cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products as the research object,establishes the evaluation index system of the key links affecting its safety,and uses the structural entropy weight method to determine the weight,and preliminarily determines the key links of loading and unloading,handling,distribution,transportation and warehousing.Combined with examples,the influence degree of key links is analyzed and verified by GO-FLOW method.Finally,according to the research results,the countermeasures to promote the sustainable and healthy development of fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics are put forward.
