考虑倒箱的商贸物流配积载问题研究

摘要 在商贸物流中,货物品类多且存在多点卸货情况,容易诱发倒箱问题。本文考虑托盘货和散货两种货物形态,基于实际场景综合考虑倒箱次数对运输利润的影响,构建了以运输总利润最大化为目标,以允许少量倒箱为约束的车辆配积载模型,设计混合启发式算法对模型进行求解。以顺和国家物流枢纽的货物装载数据实例进行分析,证明了本模型和算法的可靠性,并提供装车方案和可视化装载图。计算结果表明:考虑目的地并允许倒箱的装载策略能够显著提高运输利润。 In trade logistics,there are many types of goods and multiple points of unloading,which can easily induce the problem of inverted boxes.In this paper,we consider two kinds of cargo forms:pallet cargo and bulk cargo,and based on the actual scenario,we comprehensively consider the impact of the number of inverted containers on the transport profit,construct a vehicle accumulation model with the goal of maximization the total transport profit and with the constraint of allowing a small number of inverted containers,and design a hybrid heuristic algorithm for solving the model.An example of cargo loading data from Shunhe National Logistics Hub is analyzed to prove the reliability of the present model and algorithm,and the loading scheme and visual loading diagram are provided.The computational results show that a loading strategy that considers destinations and allows for inverted boxes can significantly improve transport profitability.
