Research and Practice of Curriculum Reform Based on the Practical“Six Elements”

军事职业教育课程实战化教学改革需要从课程改革入手。“雷达原理与实验”课程作为军士学员的专业过渡性课程,需要分析课程建设和实战化改革情况。针对课程内容理论偏多、课程评价手段不丰富、教员队伍实战化能力和课程建设衔接实战化不足等问题,实施教学目标向战而定、教学内容向战而设、教学策略向战而施、教学资源向战而生、教学团队向战而建和教学效果向战而评等“六要素”教学改革,应用于多个教学期班实践,取得了一定的改革成效。

The practical teaching reform of military vocational education curriculum needs to start from the curriculum reform.Radar Principle and experiments,as a transitional course for sergestudents,needs to analyze the curriculum construction and practical reform situation.In view of the problems such as many theories of curriculum content,insufficient curriculum evaluation methods,lack of practical ability of teachers and lack of connection between curriculum construction and practice,based on the“six elements”teaching content,teaching objectives,teaching strategies,“teaching resources,teaching team and teaching effect”are reformed,applied to multiple teaching period class practice,which achieves the results of the reform.
