摘要
当前“舰船焊接技术与实践”课程的实践项目设置单一且未能紧跟新技术的发展,缺乏考查学生知识综合运用能力与分工合作协调能力的综合性实践教学。针对这一问题,探索基于OBE理念,以虚实结合的教学模式将金属增材制造技术实践项目引入实践教学,并与后续课程的专业知识融合,形成“类课程”式教学设计。有望同步解决金属增材制造实践项目风险高、成本高、能耗高、价值高的应用瓶颈,并同时有效地激发学生的学习与探索兴趣。
Currently,the practical project of Ship Welding Technology and Practice course is simplistic and fails to keep pace with the advancements in new technology.It lacks comprehensive practical teaching that assesses students’ability to apply their knowledge comprehensively,as well as their skills in division of labor and coordination.To address this issue,we have introduced the concept of Outcome-Based Education(OBE)and integrated metal additive manufacturing technology into practical teaching through a virtual-reality teaching mode.This approach has been combined with subsequent courses’professional knowledge to create a“analogy course”teaching design.Our aim is to simultaneously overcome the application bottleneck associated with high risk,high cost,high energy consumption,and high value of metal additive manufacturing practice projects while effectively stimulating students’interest in learning and exploration.
