Digital platforms are of great significance to improving the management and service levels of private hospitals.This paper takes a private hospital in Nanjing City as the research object.Based on the needs analysis and combined with specific examples,it introduces in detail the application and advantages of the digital platform independently developed by the hospital in smart management and service process from aspects such as service process,hospital management,and data analysis.Compared with traditional models,digital platforms promote the high-quality development of private hospitals in multiple dimensions such as data governance,decision support,cost savings,service optimization,risk management,and technological innovation.
