不同表面包覆处理的铝颜料在聚丙烯中的应用研究

摘要 研究对比了未包覆处理的铝颜料、聚乙烯蜡包覆处理铝颜料、二氧化硅包覆处理铝颜料和丙烯酸树脂包覆处理铝颜料在免喷涂聚丙烯美学塑料中的分散性,以及其对颜色(Lab值)和复合材料悬臂梁缺口冲击性能的影响。结果显示,加入未包覆处理的铝颜料的免喷涂聚丙烯材料的白亮度(L值)最低,其在聚丙烯材料中分散性也较差。可能的原因是未包覆处理的铝颜料容易被氧化,导致表面光泽度下降。聚乙烯蜡包覆处理的铝颜料在免喷涂聚丙烯复合材料中的分散性最好,对悬臂梁缺口冲击强度的影响也最小。加入二氧化硅包覆处理铝颜料的聚丙烯材料白亮度最高,但二氧化硅包覆处理的铝颜料在PP中分散性差,表面外观缺陷较多,其制备的复合材料冲击性能也有较明显下降。 The dispersion of unclad aluminum,polyethylene wax-coated aluminum,silica-coated aluminum pigment and acrylic resin-coated aluminum pigment in spray-free polypropylene aesthetic plastics was compared,and its effects on color(Lab value)and Izod notched impact strength properties of composite were studied.The results showed that the spray-free polypropylene material with uncoated aluminum pigment had the lowest brightness(L value)and poor dispersion in the polypropylene material.The probable reason is that uncoated aluminum pigments are susceptible to oxidation,resulting in a loss of surface gloss.Polyethylene wax-coated aluminum pigments have the best dispersion among spray-free polypropylene composites and have the least effect on the Izod notched impact strength properties of composite.The polypropylene material with silica coating aluminum pigment has the highest brightness,but the aluminum pigment coated with silica has poor dispersion in PP,more surface appearance defects,and the Izod notched impact strength of the composite material prepared by it is also significantly reduced.
