直接进样-电感耦合等离子体质谱测定原油中总氯

摘要 建立了直接进样-电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定原油中总氯的分析方法。采用航空煤油溶解原油样品,并在等离子体气体中通入氧气消除积碳现象,实现原油样品直接进样分析;通过基体匹配+内标法校正基体效应,单氦碰撞模式消除多原子离子干扰,有效地改善了测量的准确度和精密度。实验结果表明,总氯方法检出限为0.093 mg/kg,三种不同浓度水平的加标回收率为90.0%~102.4%,方法精密度(N=6)小于3.1%。该方法无需使用大量有机试剂,避免复杂的样品前处理,具有操作简单、分析快速、检出限低、准确度高、精密度好等特点,可用于原油中总氯的快速分析。 A method for the determination of total chlorine in crude oil by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)was established.The crude oil sample was dissolved in aviation kerosene,and oxygen was injected into the plasma gas to eliminate carbon deposition;The matrix effect is corrected by matrix matching and internal standard method,and the accuracy and precision of measurement are effectively improved.The results showed that the detection limit of total chlorine was 0.023 mg/kg,the recoveries of three different concentration levels were 90.0%~102.4%,and the precision(n=6)was less than 3.1%.This method does not need a large number of organic reagents and avoids complicated sample pretreatment,It has the characteristics of simple operation,rapid analysis,low detection limit,high accuracy and good precision,which can be used for the rapid analysis of total chlorine in crude oil.
