摘要
制备不同比例的ABS/PC合金,表征其结构以及耐热性能等。通过红外光谱,以1760 cm^(-1)和702 cm^(-1)作为PC和ABS的特征吸收峰,利用二者峰面积之比与ABS组分含量的关系,建立相关性曲线,相关度大于0.96。ABS的含量会影响合金的玻璃化转变温度Tg、残重率和维卡软化温度。通过合金的维卡B50与ABS组分含量关系建立相应的相关性曲线,相关度在0.95以上。基于以上实验工作,可以准确的将合金组分的共混比例与其红外光谱、密度和耐热性能等进行相关对应。
Various ratio of ABS/PC alloys are carefully designed and prepared.The structures and thermal property of these ABS/PC alloys are discussed.We choose peak of 1760 cm^(-1)in PC and peak of 700 cm^(-1)in ABS to analyze the composition of ABS/PC alloys.Correlation curves are obtained by the relation of peak area ratio against proportion of ABS.The correlation coefficient of these curves is more than 0.96.The results of thermal properties show that the ratio of ABS has great significance for Tg,residual weight rate and vicat softening temperature.The linear curves between B50 values of ABS/PC alloy and ABS content are established.Based on the experimental work above,the blending ratio of ABS/PC alloy components can be accurately correlated with its infrared spectrum,density and heat resistance.
