HPLC测定SLMI中甲基羟乙基磺酸钠残留量

摘要 通过使用高效液相色谱联合蒸发光散射检测器对月桂酰甲基羟乙基磺酸钠(SLMI)中甲基羟乙基磺酸钠含量进行检测。色谱条件为:Agilent InfinityLab Poroshell 120 HILIC-Z(100 mm×2.1 mm,2.7μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈和水,梯度洗脱:0~6 min 2%流动相A(98%流动相B),6~15 min流动相A从2%到25%(流动相B从98%到75%),15~20 min 25%流动相A(75%流动相B);流速0.3 mL/min。蒸发光散射检测器,检测器的雾化器温度50℃、漂移管温度70℃、气体流速1.00 SLM。结果表明,在该实验条件下甲基羟乙基磺酸钠浓度在10~100 mg/kg内与相应的峰面积具有良好的线性关系(R^(2)=0.9992),回收率为111%~114%,方法精密度RSD为1.88%。 The content of sodium methyl hydroxyethyl sulfonate in sodium lauroyl methyl hydroxyethyl sulfonate(SLMI)was detected by using high-performance liquid chromatography combined with evaporative light scattering detector.The chromatographic conditions were as follows:Agilent InfinityLab Poroshell 120 HILIC-Z(100 mm×2.1 mm,2.7μm)column,mobile phase of acetonitrile and water,0 min to 6 min 2%mobile phase A(98%mobile phase B),6 to 15 min mobile phase A from 2%to 25%(mobile phase B from 98%to 75%),15 to 20 min 25%mobile phase A(75%mobile phase B),flow rate of 0.3 mL/min.Evaporative light scattering detector,with atomizer temperature of 50℃,drift tube temperature of 70℃,and gas flow rate of 1.00 SLM.The results showed that under the experimental conditions,sodium methyl hydroxyethyl sulfonate had a good linear relationship(R^(2)=0.9992)with the corresponding peak area in the range of 10 to 100 mg/kg,with a recovery rate 111%to 114%and a method precision RSD is 1.88%.
