重庆某污水处理厂管网源头水检测及应急处理系统建设案例分析

摘要 对于工业污水占比较高的污水处理企业,水质冲击发生频繁,为确保出水水质达标,做好源头水精准检测和及时的应急响应是关键。基于此,本改造开展了如下工作:通过对比,选择合适的管网建设采样、检测、传输等设备;分析水质风险因子、流量变化情况,检测TP、TN、pH、水温、流量参数,选择适用的检测设备,建设源头水监控系统;建立水质冲击监控系统后,及时预警,采取应急处理工艺调控等进行应对,确保现水质超标,同时比较经济效益,制定水量冲击应急处置方案。 For sewage treatment enterprises with a high proportion of industrial sewage,water quality shocks occur frequently.In order to ensure that the effluent quality meets the standards,accurate detection of source water and timely emergency response are the keys.Based on this,this study has carried out the following work:through comparison,select appropriate equipment for sampling,testing,and transmission of pipeline network construction;analyze water quality risk factors,flow changes,detect TP,TN,pH,water temperature,and flow parameters,and select the appropriate After the establishment of the water quality shock monitoring system,timely early warning and emergency treatment process control are adopted to ensure that the current water quality exceeds the standard,and at the same time,compare the economic benefits and formulate an emergency response plan for water shock.
