摘要
广东某印染园区污水处理厂总处理规模为6.0万m^(3)/d,回用水工程规模为3.0万m^(3)/d。采用水解酸化-A/O-芬顿氧化-曝气生物滤池组合工艺进行废水处理,出水执行《地表水环境质量标准》(GB3838-2002)V类水标准和广东地标《水污染物排放限值》(DB44/26-2001)第二时段一级排放标准的较严者(总氮除外,总氮执行《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》(GB4287-2012)及2015年修改单新建企业水污染物直接排放限值)。该工艺具有处理效果稳定,抗冲击性能强,运行费用低等特点。正式运营出水COD Cr、NH_(3)^(-)N、TN和TP长期稳定在:20.16~34.09、1.30~1.90、7.30~10.48、0.02~0.11 mg/L。系统实际运行成本低于设计值。
The wastewater treatment plant in the printing and dyeing park is located in Guangdong,the total scale is 60000 m 3/d,the scale of reuse water project is 30000 m 3/d.Hydrolysis acidification-A/O-Fenton oxidation-HBAF is used to treat the wastewater,and The effluent shall comply with the Class V water standard in the Environmental Quality Standard for Surface Water(GB3838-2002)and the Class I discharge standard in the second period of the local standard Discharge Limits for Water Pollutants(DB44/26-2001)of Guangdong Province(excluding total nitrogen,which shall comply with the Discharge Standard for Water Pollutants in Textile Dyeing and Finishing Industry(GB4287-2012)and the direct discharge limit of water pollutants for new enterprises revised in 2015).The process is characterized by stable treatment effect,strong impact resistance and low operating cost.The effluent COD Cr,NH_(3)^(-)N,TN and TP concentrations are stable in the range of 20.16 to 34.09,1.30 to 1.90,7.30 to 10.48,0.02 to 0.11 mg/L.The direct operation cost of the system is lower than the design.
