摘要
以空心玻璃微珠(HGB)为填料通过熔融共混法制备空心玻璃微珠/聚丙烯(PP)复合材料,使用马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯(MA-g-PP)作为相容剂,并对HGB进行表面改性处理,研究了空心玻璃微珠表面处理和含量对复合材料力学物理性能的影响。结果表明,经表面改性的HGB与PP基体的界面结合力强、HGB分布均匀;随空心玻璃微珠体积分数的增加,复合材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度和缺口冲击强度都表现为先上升后下降的趋势;复合材料的密度逐渐下降。当空心玻璃微珠的体积分数为12%时,复合材料综合性能较好。
Hollow glass beads/polypropylene(PP)composites were prepared by melt blending using hollow glass beads(HGB)as filler,using maleic anhydride-grafted polypropylene(MA-g-PP)as a compatibilizer,and the surface of HGB was modified,and the influence of surface treatment and content of hollow glass beads on the mechanical and physical properties of the composites were studied.The results show that the interface adhesion between the surface-modified HGB and PP matrix is strong and the HGB distribution is uniform.With the increase of the volume fraction of hollow glass beads,the tensile strength,bending strength and notched impact strength of the composite showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.The density of composite materials gradually decreases.When the volume fraction of hollow glass beads is 12%,the composite material has better comprehensive performance.
