摘要
本文制备出具有多孔和高比表面积PCN-224并将其用多糖凝胶修饰制备出具有多孔结构的复合材料(PCN@H)。借助于透射电镜(TEM)、傅里叶红光谱(FT-IR)、纳米激光粒度仪(DLS)对材料进行表征。利用紫外分光光度计(UV-Vis)对复合材料PCN@H的吸附性能进行研究,测试了PCN@H去除水中染料的性能。材料表征结果证明,PCN-224具有规则的形貌,尺寸均匀,多糖的修饰显著改善了PCN-224的吸附性能。吸附实验表明,PCN@H气凝胶对阳离子染料亚甲基蓝的去除效率达到85%,最大吸附量为250 mg/g,PCN@H气凝胶对阴离子染料甲基橙的去除效率达到93%,最大吸附量为274 mg/g。综上所述,PCN@H在废水中染料去除方面具有广阔应用前景。
In this paper,PCN-224 with porous and high specific surface area was prepared and modified with polysaccharide gel to prepare composite materials with porous structure(PCN@H).The material was characterized using transmission electron microscopy(TEM),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),and nanolaser particle size analyzer(DLS).to analyze The adsorption performance of composite materials PCN@H was studied using UV Vis spectrophotometer.The performance of PCN@H removing dyes from water was tested.The material characterization results demonstrate that PCN-224 has a regular morphology and uniform size,and the modification of polysaccharides significantly improves the adsorption performance of PCN-224.The adsorption experiment showed that the removal efficiency of cationic dye methylene blue by PCN@H aerogel reached 85%,and the maximum adsorption capacity was 250 mg/g.The removal efficiency of anionic dye methyl orange by PCN@H aerogel reached 93%,and the maximum adsorption capacity was 274 mg/g.In summary,PCN@H has broad application prospects in the removal of dyes from wastewater.
