金红石型钛白粉无机-有机包覆及耐候性研究

摘要 对金红石型钛白粉进行无机、有机、无机-有机两元复合包覆处理工艺研究,结果表明:CeO_(2)无机包覆最佳工艺为钛白粉浆液质量浓度400 g/L、搅拌速度550 r/min、CeO_(2)用量3%、分散剂用量0.4%,KH570有机包覆最佳工艺为KH570包覆量3%;无机、有机、无机-有机复合包覆处理后钛白粉Zeta电位值分别为-56.4、-47.9、-65.5 mV,样品完全沉淀时间分别为14、11、21d,无机-有机包覆处理能有效改善红石型钛白粉分散性;CeO_(2)能显著降低金红石型钛白粉光催化活性,提高其耐候性,而KH570对金红石型钛白粉光催化性的影响较小。 A study was conducted on the inorganic,organic,and inorganic organic composite coating process of rutile titanium dioxide.The results showed that the optimal process for CeO_(2) inorganic coating was a titanium dioxide slurry concentration of 400 g/L,a stirring speed of 550 r/min,a CeO_(2) dosage of 3%,and a dispersant dosage of 0.4%.The optimal process for KH570 organic coating was a KH570 coating dosage of 3%.After inorganic,organic,and inorganic organic composite coating treatment,the Zeta potential values of titanium dioxide were-56.4,-47.9,and-65.5 mV,and the complete precipitation time of the samples was 14,11,and 21 days.Inorganic organic coating treatment can effectively improve the dispersibility of redstone type titanium dioxide.CeO_(2) can significantly reduce the photocatalytic activity of rutile titanium dioxide powder and improve its weather resistance,while KH570 has little effect on the photocatalytic activity of rutile titanium dioxide powder.
