直接吸入原子吸收分光光度法测定清洁地表水中的铜、铅、镉

摘要 通过合理选择工作标准溶液绘制校准曲线,优化了直接吸入原子吸收分光光度法测定清洁地表水中铜、铅、镉的方法。铜、铅、镉的检出限分别为0.002 5、0.013 1、0.001 2 mg/L,相对标准偏差RSD均小于5%;测试低浓度溶液,相对偏差RD均小于20%。该方法操作简便快捷,精密度和准确度高,可满足地表水铜Ⅰ类、铅Ⅲ类、镉Ⅱ类标准限值及以下的定量测定要求。 In this paper,a method for determining copper,lead,and cadmium in clean surface water by direct inhalation atomic absorption spectrophotometry was optimized by selecting appropriate working standard solutions to construct a calibration curve.The detection limits for copper,lead,and cadmium were 0.002 5,0.013 1,and 0.001 2 mg/L,respectively,with relative standard deviations(RSD) all less than5%.For testing low-concentration solutions,the relative deviations(RD) were all less than 20%.This method is simple,fast,and has high precision and accuracy,meeting the quantitative determination requirements for copper(Class I),lead(Class III),and cadmium(Class II)standard limits and below in surface water.
