摘要
以煤制油煤气化炉渣部分替代天然河砂制备的煤气化炉渣混凝土,具有自重轻、密实度高、力学性能与耐久性能良好等优势。通过掺入粉煤灰及聚羧酸减水剂以优化煤气化炉渣混凝土配合比,提高混凝土的工作性能,测试不同水胶质量比、砂率、煤气化炉渣掺量和粉煤灰取代率条件下对煤气化炉渣混凝土力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:煤制油煤气化炉渣具有与普通河砂相似的颗粒与物理性能,在水胶质量比为0.44、砂率为42%、粉煤灰取代率为10%时,混凝土强度性能良好,煤气化炉渣掺量可达到409 kg/m3。通过耐久性能试验,得出煤气化炉渣混凝土可抵抗150次冻融循环,抗渗等级为P12。碳化28 d时,碳化深度小于1 mm,具有良好的耐久性能。
Coal gasification slag concrete prepared by partially replacing natural river sand with coal gasification slag has the advantages of light weight,high compactness,good mechanical properties and durability.By adding fly ash and polycarboxylic acid water-reducing agent to optimize the mixing ratio of coal gasification slag concrete and improve the workability of the concrete,the effects of different water-binder ratios,sand rates and substitution rates of coal gasification slag and fly ash on the mechanical properties of coal gasification slag concrete were tested.The results show that coal gasification slag has similar particle and physical properties to ordinary river sand,and the strength performance of concrete is good when the water-cement ratio is 0.44,the sand rate is 0.42,and the fly ash replacement rate is10%,and the dosage of coal gasification slag can be up to 409 kg/m3.Through the durability test,it is concluded that the coal gasification slag concrete can withstand 150 freeze-thaw cycles,and the impermeability grade is P12 after 28d.Carbonation depth is less than 1 mm at28d and has good durability.
