摘要
为保证天然气长输管道的正常运行,降低管道腐蚀风险,提出采用防腐涂层和阴极保护相结合的管道腐蚀控制措施。当采取镁合金牺牲阳极保护后,对管道的有效保护距离约为3 km,极化效果好;当对管道采取外加电流和牺牲阳极联合保护,同时将两端防腐站的电流降低,电位分布更均匀,且阴极保护效率由42%提高到100%。经应用表明该联合控制措施的管道阴极保护效果好。
In order to ensure the normal operation of natural gas long-distance pipelines and reduce the risk of pipeline corrosion,a pipeline corrosion control measure combining anti-corrosion coatings and cathodic protection is proposed.When magnesium alloy sacrificial anode protection is adopted,the effective protection distance of the pipeline is about 3 km,and the polarization effect is good.When external current and sacrificial anode are combined to protect the pipeline,and the current at both ends of the anti-corrosion station is reduced,the potential distribution is more uniform,and the cathodic protection efficiency is increased from 42% to 100%.The application shows that the joint control measure has a good cathodic protection effect on pipelines.
