半煤岩巷道快速掘进技术研究

摘要 为解决半煤岩巷道掘进效率低、成本高以及成型质量不佳的问题,结合38026半煤岩巷道现场条件和理论计算对爆破参数进行重新核算,并完成了爆破眼的布置和分类;然后,基于FLAC3D软件在锚杆锚索基础支护参数下对其间排距进行优化设计,得出了最佳锚杆和锚索的间排距;最后,对快速掘进技术的应用效果进行了综合评估,达到了预期的掘进效果和成本。 In order to solve the problems of low excavation efficiency,high cost,and poor forming quality in semi coal rock tunnels,the blasting parameters were recalculated based on the site conditions and theoretical calculations of 23026 semi coal rock tunnels,and the layout and classification of blasting holes were completed.Then,based on FLAC3D software,the spacing between anchor rods and cables was optimized under the parameters of anchor rod and cable foundation support,and the optimal spacing between anchor rods and cables was obtained.Finally,a comprehensive evaluation was conducted on the application effect of rapid excavation technology,achieving the expected excavation effect and cost.
