基于州府园林视角的古代惠州西湖公共性分析

Analysis on the Publicity of the Ancient West Lake in Huizhou Based on the Perspective of the Municipal Landscape

中国古代三大西湖之一的惠州西湖在历史演变过程中展现出非凡的公共性,分析其公共性的成因和表现方式可为当今惠州西湖风景名胜区的保护与建设提供指引。基于州府园林视角,从“州府管治”与“百姓使用”角度出发,发现自上而下的管治模式是其公共性的成因,“官民共享的山水客厅”“教化育民的配套设施”“多元文化的演绎场所”是其公共性的表现方式。

The West Lake in Huizhou,one of the three great west lakes in the ancient China,has shown the remarkable publicity in the process of historical evolution.Analyzing the forming reason and the manifestation mode of publicity can provide guidance for the protection and construction of the West Lake Scenic Spot in Huizhou today.Based on the perspective of the municipal landscape,considering from the view of"municipal governance"and"citizen utilization",the paper finds that the top-down governance mode is the forming reason of publicity,and"living room with landscape shared by officials and citizens"supporting facilities for education"and"multi-cultural interpretation place"are the manifestation mode of publicity.
