项目位于浙江省杭州市拱墅区,占地约100000m^(2),涵盖文化街区、滨水公共活动带、小学、养老院以及作为公共活动中心的未来公社,是一个延续传统集镇风貌的混合街区。项目基于“活化更新”的设计理念将传统集镇街巷与现代生活方式相融合。
Located in Gongshu District,Hangzhou,Zhejiang Province,the project with an area of about 100,000 square meters,including historic blocks,a waterfront public activity belt,a primary school,a nursing home,and a future commune that serves as a public activity center,which is a mixed block continuing the traditional market town style.Based on the concept of activation and renewal,the project integrates the traditional market towns and modern lifestyles.
