基于静压背景下压力变送器检测装置设计

摘要 差压变送器具有量程宽、反应速度快等优势,被广泛应用于航空航天和工业压力测量领域,但其输出特性会随静压的改变而改变,导致差压变送器产生测量误差。因此,本文提出一种快速有效的测量装置,利用数字压力计和参考压力变送器,对被测压力与参考压力变送器进行对比,验证测量结果的可靠性和有效性,从而实现高静压下输出特性的快速检测。 Differential pressure transmitter has the advantages of wide range and fast reaction speed, and is widely used in the field of aerospace and industrial pressure measurement, but its output characteristics will change with the change of static pressure, resulting in measurement errors of differential pressure transmitter.Therefore, a fast and effective measuring device is proposed in this paper.The digital pressure gauge and reference pressure transmitter are used to compare the measured pressure with the reference pressure transmitter to verify the reliability and validity of the measurement results, so as to realize the rapid detection of the output characteristics under high static pressure.
