摘要
管理评审是实验室建立和完善管理体系、开展质量管理工作的重要一环。为了更好地发挥其作用,确保在实验室的有效运行和持续改进,本文通过结合计量机构的多场所实验室现状,对如何策划和实施分级管理评审工作进行探讨,从而提升有效性,降低风险性。
Management review is an important part of laboratory to establish and improve management system and carry out quality management.In order to better play its role and ensure the effective operation and continuous improvement of the laboratory,this paper discusses how to plan and implement the hierarchical management review by combining the status quo of the multi-site laboratory of the metrological institution,so as to improve the effectiveness and reduce the risk.
