摘要
苹果蠹蛾是一种世界性检疫害虫,目前在我国核桃园区中扩散面积呈上升趋势,危害不断加重。本试验以12个核桃品种为寄主,通过产卵选择试验与生长发育试验获取落卵量、卵期、卵孵化率、幼虫啃皮率、幼虫蛀果率等生物学指标。结果表明,新佐一号落卵量(17.33粒/果)显著高于其他11个品种,成虫产卵偏好性强;日丽啃皮率(55.85%)最高,有利于幼虫生长发育;6-7啃皮率(19.80%)最低;7-18蛀果率(9.77%)最低,其次为元林(10.49%)。综合分析,苹果蠹蛾在日丽和新佐一号两个品种上的适应性较高,在6-7、元林、7-18等3个品种上的适应性较低。本研究评估了苹果蠹蛾在不同核桃品种上的适应性情况,为生产中的果树品种布局提供理论依据,以降低苹果蠹蛾对核桃产业造成的经济损失。
Codling moth is a worldwide quarantine pest,which is currently spreading in walnut parks in China with a rising trend and increasing damage.In this experiment,12 walnut varieties were used as hosts,and biological indexes such as egg drop,egg stage,egg hatching rate,larval skin-gnawing rate and larval fruit-destroying rate were obtained through egg-laying selection test and growth and development test.The results showed that the egg drop(17.33 eggs/fruit)of Xinzuo No.1 was significantly higher than that of other 11 varieties,with a strong preference for adult egg-laying;The skin-gnawing rate(55.85%)of Rili was the highest,which was conducive to the growth and development of larvae;The skin-gnawing rate of 6-7 was the lowest(19.80%);The fruit-destroying rate of 7-18 was the lowest(9.77%),followed by Yuanlin(10.49%).In the comprehensive analysis,codling moth had high adaptability on two varieties,including Rili and Xinzuo No.1,and low adaptability on three varieties,including 6-7,Yuanlin,and 7-18.This research evaluated the adaptability of the codling moth on different walnut varieties,providing a theoretical basis for the layout of fruit tree varieties in production and reducing the economic losses caused by the codling moth to the walnut industry.
