在全球气候变暖的大背景下,世界各国为了保护环境、落实《联合国气候变化框架公约》的要求不断努力,乌兹别克斯坦也积极参与其中。多年以来,乌兹别克斯坦自身面临较为严峻的生态形势,在能源利用方面过度依赖传统能源。虽然境内以太阳能、风能为代表的可再生能源较为充足,但由于资金不足、技术限制而利用较少。2019年以来,乌兹别克斯坦为实现绿色发展积极推动实施可再生能源政策,先后通过机构改革、法律制定、招商引资、寻求国际合作等手段促进国内可再生能源利用,加快可持续发展进程,争取实现既定目标。

Uzbekistan is actively implementing the UN Climate Change Convention against the backdrop of global warming.Over the years,the country has been facing severe ecological environment and relying heavily on traditional energy.The application of the renewable energy is inadequate owing to the lack of funds and the limitation of technology though solar and wind energies are plenty.Since 2019,Uzbekistan has been actively boosting the implementation of relevant policies by institutional reforms,law making,the attraction of investments,and the facilitation of international cooperation,etc.,aiming for accelerating the process of sustainable development and achieving the existing goals.
