摘要
目的 探讨不同手术时机对前交叉韧带损伤(ACL)患者自体肌腱重建术后膝关节功能及活动度的影响.方法 回顾性收集南昌市人民医院(南昌市第三医院)2022年3月-2024年1月行自体肌腱重建术治疗的100例ACL患者资料,根据其不同手术时机分为A组(53例,伤后<4周)、B组(47例,伤后≥4周);统计并对比两组术后膝关节功能、膝关节活动度、膝关节运动水平及并发症情况.结果 相比B组,A组随访3个月国际膝关节文献委员会膝关节主观评价量表(IKDC)、膝关节Lysholm量表、膝关节活动度、膝关节Tegner活动指数量表评分较高,膝关节屈膝、伸膝受限度较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相比B组,A组并发症发生率较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 相比伤后≥4周,ACL患者在伤后<4周行自体肌腱重建术可改善膝关节功能,提高膝关节活动度与运动水平,减少并发症发生.
Objective To explore the effects of different surgical timing on knee joint function and range of motion in patients with anterior cruciate ligament injury(ACL)after autologous tendon reconstruction surgery.Methods Retrospective collection of data on 100 ACL patients who underwent autologous tendon reconstruction surgery at Nanchang People's Hospital(Nanchang Third Hospital)from March 2022 to January 2024.According to their different surgical timing,they were divided into Group A(53 cases,<4 weeks after injury)and Group B(47 cases,≥4 weeks after injury);collect and compare postoperative knee joint function,knee range of motion,knee joint movement level,and complications between two groups.Results Compared with Group B,Group A had higher scores on the International Knee Literature Committee Knee Subjective Evaluation Scale(IKDC),Knee Lysholm Scale,Knee Range of Motion,and Knee Tegner Activity Index during a 3-month follow-up,while the knee flexion and extension limits were lower,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);compared with Group B,Group A had a lower incidence of complications,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared to≥4 weeks after injury,autologous tendon reconstruction surgery in ACL patients less than 4 weeks after injury can improve knee joint function,increase knee range of motion and level of motion,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
