摘要
目的 分析在缺血性脑血管疾病患者中实施全脑数字减影血管造影联合神经介入术治疗的效果.方法 选择2020年1月-2023年12月期间我院收治的缺血性脑血管疾病患者80例,通过双盲法分入实验组与参照组当中,每组各40例,参照组接受常规治疗方法,实验组接受全脑数字减影血管造影联合神经介入术治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后的评分指标(NIHSS评分、MMSE评分、Barthel指数、FCA评分)、血清实验室相关指标(NO、VEGF、Netrin-1)、治疗效果.结果 治疗前,比较两组患者的评分指标与血清实验室相关指标,显示为对比无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,实验组的NIHSS评分比参照组低(P<0.05);实验组患者的MMSE评分、Barthel指数、FCA评分、血清实验室相关指标、治疗效果均比参照组高(P<0.05).结论 在缺血性脑血管疾病患者中实施全脑数字减影血管造影联合神经介入术可改善患者的神经功能,治疗效果显著,值得推广.
Objective To analyze the effect of whole brain digital subtraction angiography combined with neurointerventional therapy in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease.Methods A total of 80 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease treated in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2023 were selected and divided into the experimental group and the reference group by double-blind method,with 40 cases in each group.The reference group received conventional treatment,while the experimental group received whole brain digital subtraction angiography combined with neurointerventional treatment.The score indexes(NIHSS score,MMSE score,Barthel index,FCA score),serum laboratory related indexes(NO,VEGF,Netrin-1)and therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,the score indexes and serum laboratory related indexes of the two groups were compared,and the comparison was meaningless(P>0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The MMSE score,Barthel index,FCA score,serum laboratory-related indexes and therapeutic effect of the experimental group were all higher than those of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Whole brain digital subtraction angiography combined with nerve intervention can improve the nerve function of patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease,and the therapeutic effect is remarkable,worthy of promotion.
